We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and unused merchandise in resalable condition with original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. Exchanges must be made within the 14 days from receiving the shipment. Each unwanted item returned is subjected to a 10% restocking fee and 15% for international orders. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges and package must include your order # on the outside of the package. Once your return has been received with the requested information filled out and returned below, please allow 5 business days for us to process you a credit note for you to make a new purchase online.
